Info wanted: REAL MONEY Internet Poker??????

I believe Internet poker could be a nice way to play because of small overhead allowing small stakes and small rakes. (Also higher speed, less whining, less travel cost, and less smoke.) But after searching the Internet for at least 24 hours in total, I have found only 1 "real money" site for poker. (That is of course real poker, not the video poker trash which every other Internet casino seems to want to suck us in to by purposely mis-advertising as "poker.") There seems a taboo to even discussing this obvious subject.

Can anyone please break the taboo and explain to us the pros and cons of "real money" poker on the Internet??????

For example: I assume cheating is a problem because someone with 2 computers can easily control 2 hands. I also believe there are possible safeguards against this--though how effective I'm not sure.

Anyone knowledgeable out there? Send me e-mail if you like.

(Say, Mike, how about you popping down to Antigua and setting us up an Internet poker room? Make you more dough than BJRnet, I bet.)
