No, these machines simply shuffle the cards. The dealer picks up the stack of cards and places them in the shoe. They have the words "Random Shuffling" or something to that nature on the machine. They are not "Shuffle Master" machines.

 

I don't know if Soaring Eagle has a Baccarat table. I don't think they do but can't say for sure.
