Many professional dealers (since they deal for a living) can easily pick up the skill of peeking at the next card. If you notice the dealer looking at his watch or cleaning up the chips in his tray just before dealing or shuffling be careful.
Sounds like a concealed camera at the right angle might be able to pick up the move. All that is left is to get "60 minutes" or "20/20" to air it to a national audience!!!!!!! A nice big law suit could be next but you now have to prove that this was "casino" policy and not the act of a renegade dealer.
