Well I thought to wait until tomorrow for part 2, but I felt like getting it out tonight, so here's part 2. Sunday morning around 5 am and getting ready for some NFL action. I placed action in four different casinos on the Tennessee game because of the odds, and the Washington Redskins/Jets game. My team is and always will be the Pittsburgh Steelers, so I laid $300 on the first half only score. The line was Pitt -2.5, they were losing by 28 in the first quarter alone, so embarassed with my Steelers jersey on I retreated to the Jimmy to change shirts.

By this time yesterday I checked in to the El Cortez, nothing to brag about here. I should have gotten suite 1200, but I opt for room 320. Funny, you stay to the right before you get to the BJ tables and walk up the steps and turn right and to the third floor and first room to the right. The t.v. didn't work, oh what a shame!!! If you want to stay cheap downtown and you don't plan to stay in your and you don't want room service and you don't mind scully looking people in the casino, stay here for cheap weekend rates. I really only played here for about fifteen minutes twice for a two day stay and managed a total of $135 profit. There's this taller brother floor supervisor that told me I dress to nice for his casino, I told him that I'm here to really drop my bags and leave. I started off playing $15 a hand and moved to $30 in a few minutes which seem to draw the other supervisor attention when I won every other hand. Dropping my bets back to $15 the first hand and quickly back to $30-$35. Well after that I went back down to the Las Vegas Hilton for some football action. Around 12:30 afternoon I decide to relax in the sportsbook at Bellagio with my favorite cigars the OPUS X, which brought a lot of attention from some cigar smokers, because the OPUS X isn't sold west of the mississippi and on Bellagio's cigar menu they go for $65 to $95 a cigar. Well after some wins and losses and a few drinks, I thought I play a little. There's nothing cheap about the Bellagio, If there is a $5 to $10 table I couldn't find it. I decided to play at $25 a hand and brought in for $400. If I lost this I wouldn't dig into the pocket again. Well after going back and forth for about an hour and being up about $75 bucks, I decided to go for it. I moved up to $50 a shot and won my first four hands doubling down on a soft 15 and 16 against the dealers show cards of five and six. The shoe then went win-lose for the next nine hands or so until the last three in which I won them all, one blackjack on a $50 bet. I was now up about $575 for this session and was wondering if I should quit when all of a suddenly the floor supervisor approach me and slipped me a meal comp which I didn't ask for or use. He then referred to seven digit number which he told me was my players number, they didn't issue players card until they rated your play. I guess maybe he decided that I wasn't a cheap player looking for some cheap thrills being around big money players. I finish another shoe ahead for the session around $475.

Well to end this trip report, I was in my last five hours relaxing in the Crazy Horse Two around 7 am monday morning. My flight out was at 12:45 this afternoon. I had my bags already packed in my room. But I'll say this about the girls in the morning at the CHT, they really put out the effort to guys early. I losted track of the time and didn't get out of there until 9:30 and wanted to hit the Golden Nugget again. I also wanted to lay a grand on the S.F. 49'ers minus the two points against the Arizona Cardinals for the monday night game which I'm happy to say I did just b4 I left LV. One down note that I did make a big mistake in trying to make a big killing when I raise my bets from $55-$75 a hand to $125-$150 a hand. They tooked for about $800 in about forty minutes of play. That was my only bone head play for the trip. Yes with the 49ers win monday night I have a nice ticket to send back to the Golden Nugget's Accounting Department or I just might hold on to it until November for my next trip out. I'll start planning the trip next week. BLUE NILE
