I just got back from Vegas today - plenty of $1 min tables at Sahara (mid-week, I don't know about weekend). Also Silver City (across from Circus Circus - which had 1 $2 table on 9/9 evening), Barbary Coast, Days Inn (off-strip) each have a couple of $2 tables (doubledown on any hand, no surrender). Casino Royal (across from Caesar's Palace) has several $1 tables. Hope this helps. If you go to Laughlin the Flamingo has several $2 tables during mid-week, also Edgewater.
