If you want a chance at winning money playing blackjack, just do the opposite of what Ed says. I only play blackjack about once a year, yet I'm smart enough to know that progression systems don't work, and that you don't split tens. If you've already got one winning hand, why would you turn it into two losers??

 
Follow Ed's advice and I'll visit you in the homeless shelter next year.
