Last summer I returned to LV for the first time in years, with my kids. We were on our way to a national park and having many years of BJ experience, I booked 2 nights at the Golden gate since it was in our local Entertainment Coupon Book, cheap. While I hadn't played in LV for some time, I was studied and ready for action. My first trip to the tables was to a $5 table at the 'shoe. Was surprised that red was the new minimun here, but took out a twenty and jumped in feet first. Not much later, I had $100! I lost a $5 wager and walked out. Same thing happened the first time I ever played, using the Revere +/-, at the Carson City Nugget. Both times I attribute to "beginner's luck" since last summer's visit was somewhat of a new beginning for me. That must be what you experienced at the IP. These are the elements of the game that no book or software can explain. I'm tempted to lay off for a few years and go back betting black!
