I do know that some casinos in the UK have some form of radio detection equipment. I think it works in the FM band. As for detecting a computer, mobile phones are computers too and everybody has got one of those.

 
We used to use an FM transmitter to transmit bets to another player at roulette. This used a 'burst transmission', which started up the radio, sent a coded digital signal, then shut the transmitter down. This would be pretty much undetectable (we were never found out), although it does require a complicated system at the receiver end that converts the digital signal to, in our case, speech.
 
The smart money for the future will be in Bluetooth transmission. I think it uses 'spread spectrum', which is completely undetectable. We have plans to include it in a version of our Newton roulette system, although it will be expensive.
