Yes I have done this. I am sorry though, I am unable to help you much with the specifics. I had a lawyer (at great expense) go over the legal aspects of one of the plans I was involved in, and the ruling was that the process was illegal. I was very disappointed and I dropped the plan. Mucking about with roulette seems legally much more favourable and cameras can have a role in certain circumstances. 'Telepresence' can be useful in settings where hidden expertise or multiple people can be brought to a problem though. However, don't underestimate the technical complexity of video transmission from a casino. Solutions are usually hand made and very temperamental. That is why we do not offer this type of technology at newtonroulette.com.
