Interesting twist from online casino

I have played at many onlines, but this has been a rather odd experience. When I leave a casino for another, I ALWAYS request that my account be closed. In all the time I have played, I have NEVER had this request refused...Until now.

 
 
 
The place is called Home Casino. Not a big place, but sort of a "eh!" type. However, I have decided to close my account (No, not because they cheat or any nefarious reason) and so, I wrote them.
 
 
 
So far I have written the FOUR times! And the only reply I have gotten, is their promotional mailer!
 
 
 
I wonder....Why?
