Federal law is CLEAR. Read it since you fail to grasp, |
understand or believe my post. Tax code and statutes are on-line. |
Gaming win(s) ***MAY*** be subject to INCOME TAX ***IF*** a winner |
meets the tax threshold of the IRS code. Neither you nor I know if |
any winner has to report that income. They may well be poor enough |
to not have to file at all. And even if they do file, that income may |
not be enough to generate a tax liability. |
