is an indicative, rather clear sentence. that *you* choose to spin/interpret the answer *after the fact" proves that it was in error.

again, please advise if as a cpa, you will sign anyone's tax return, "exempting" all "table game" wins. most of us are unhappy with paying taxes and we welcome those tax preparers as yourself who will "intrepret" the tax laws for our benefit. and are you admitted to practice before the irs, just in case ?
