unlike the > than 10 k [not 10k] federal reporting form, "like" transactions of 3k must have filing. better is the suspicious activity report which is not related to specific dollar amounts.

 

i still want the "authority" to sign tax returns which "exempts" winnings from gaming. that is, if the authority is a cpa and has a significant errors and omissions policy in force.
