I'll try not to take that as an insult. :)

All systems had bets that were made in perfect
accordance to the count so that the systems could be
compared on fair terms. The spreads where chosen
to be in line with what is usually recommended
to spread in each type of game.

I like "win per 100 hands" also. This is why in
the book the average bet is shown along the EV
so you can easily determine the win rate yourself.
win rate = EV * avg bet
