The way to figure your TC for making tables like that is as follows:

1. Subtract 24 from your (IRC 0, six deck) running count. 2. Divide by the number of decks remaining. 3. The result of step 2 is your (zero pivot) true count. To shift it to a pivot of +4 (which I would not do), add 4.

There is nothing at all different between the approach you are developing, and "count fudging", and true count conversion. It's just that with true count conversion you use tables your presumably have already memorized, namely the multiplication tables, rather than inventing and memorizing new ones. If you will start your count at -24 (for six decks), you can use the multiplication tables for "times 4", which you probably already know.
