Re: team play for multiple side counts

I have thought of team plays of different types with the idea of dividing equally the net result of the table. But the task of such a CHALLENGE is too great in view of our natural human tendencies of self-centeredness and selfishness (no I don't have this trait!). I always think that people who love playing BJ (and I only play BJ) are people who love to be in CONTROL and may be more of a GO-GETTER type. Hence, it is more of an individual type of game (tennis?) and not a group or team play (basketball?). What do you think?
To me, the problem of coming up with a well defined SYSTEM, written in COMPLETE DETAIL & SPECIFICITY (like a stage production) is not the problem. But the successful "STAGING" of such a project necessitates an exceptionally motivated, compatible, trusting, capable and qualified select group of people. Add a lot of preparation and training;plus ability to ACT in harmony, discipline, coordination and FUN.
One would question the feasibility of such a project. Also, success is never certain. HOWEVER, it is an interesting and quite a challenging project!
