I would think the team would make more money, have better cover, less risk and alot less work to do if each player played a 1 or 2 level count at different table to the same bank. You would get more rounds in and get into the long run faster. Another appoach would be to have several backcounters signaling high bettors into favorable games, that way the team never plays in neg situations. Counters could be rotated between the high bettors to provide even greater cover. I too have thought about having multi players count different values, but I don't see the value in it over the other options, IMO.
