I read somewhere that Bryce Carlson was unable to reproduce expectation numbers for K-O as high as the ones presented in the book "Knock Out Blackjack". Are the numbers in the book accurate, does running count K-O really perform as well or better than High-Low? After using K-O in a casino, it is hard to believe that something so easy can perform as well as the High-Low and other counts that require true count conversion.
