New Counter, Need Help Selecting

Hello,

I am a beginning card counter, with little experience with counting cards. This is unusual because I myself am a blackjack dealer. I just have had no ambition to learn to count cards, until now.

I need some help selecting a counting system that would work best for me, seeing as ther are so many.

I don't know if this will help, but these are the rules I would be playing under.. Double any 2 cards and after split, stand on all 17's, playing up to 3 hands, split aces to 4 hands, no drawing on aces.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
