Thanks for responding. A game with fewer decks is simply not possible for me on a regular basis. I'm near Connecticut and the only casinos accessible in one day trips are those with eight decks. Finding games with fewer decks would involve time that I am unable to commit right now.
Any suggestions? I've read of count reversal strategies using high-low to adjust the play and account for like card clumping...does this work? Any other counting strategies you could recommend that are relatively easy to master but more effective than high-low with an 8 deck shoe? I'm looking to learn but not waste time with useless techniques given the environment to which I'm limited.
Any help would appreciated...
