Ken Fuches question ???

Dear Ken

I have been playing full KO for awhile and have a question. When the count goes up +4 after first round somtimes i raise my bet early (ie no aces fall more 5's and 6's than 2's or 7's ). Theoretically i have an advantage and besides if count goes higher its easier to stack it than reach back for more money.

Is there a greater advantage w plus +4 after one round than say after 3 rounds (2 players 2decks) ? I realize in 2deck +4 is even after one deck played but sometimes a +8 after first or second round seems like i lose more than +8 later in penetration and i"m trying to understand why. Is it because there are more nuetral cards left (sometimes) after one round or is it my imagination?

P.S. What is your idea on soft hand index numbers ,I'm thinking of adding a couple for getting more money on the table?
