Try applying T-Hopper's handle to good use: table hop. Take advantage of the rider option available to wong. If conditions do not allow this (and I know that it's not easy in Europe), then spread like crazy, 1-20 or more.

[PS: Never split or double anything against a Ten or an Ace, except Double Down 11vT with HiLo TC+3 & above and Split AAvT. All other guidelines are the same as in the States, according to the respective rules.]
