TKO equivalents

Some time ago, some tc=1 equivalents for KO were posted, allowing one to increase his bet before the key count. I think they were as follows for 6 deck games (IRC = -20):

>5 decks remaining: -11
>4 decks remaining: -8
>3 decks remaining: -5

After that I'd use the count as prescribed in the book. Can anyone kindly confirm these numbers and the approach? Thanks.
