Card counting for beginners

Hello,
I am a 17 yr old male. I have just found I have a great interest in cards. I have looked now for a couple days over the internet for information but I really cant find much. I know there isnt a sure fire way to win, but I'd say there are ways to have the advantage. I would really appreciate any information you can give me.
Links, hints, books to read, anything.
