Not surprised by confusion..

Posted by Brh on 16 December 1999, at 1:20 a.m., in response to Unbalanced TC Clarification, posted by Tony on 15 December 1999, at 8:50 p.m.

Tony,

Apologies, I must have been half asleep, neither are correct.

For true count UBZ11, since U=+4, we have an IRC of -U*(N_decks), and so the difference between the Zen true count and the UBZ11 unbalanced true count is TC(Zen) ~ UTC(UBZ11) + 4. The neutral deck for UBZ11 has UTC=-4, corresponding to a Zen TC=0, and conversely at the pivot UTC(UBZ11)=0 and TC(Zen)=+4.

My Brh Systems Booklet is not yet available for direct sale in the US, I think I will wait until after the New Year before I set it up. It is currently available directly from me.

Cheers,
Brett.
