I haven't seen SBA 5.0 yet, but in 4.0 you go to Configuration-Player's Strategy-Deck Estimate and set that number to 0 for exact true count calculation. To change the divisor, go to Views-Edit Counts and look at the "TC Conversion" column. Use 1 for count per deck, 2 for count per half deck, or 4 for count per quarter deck (new Zen count).
