I am trying to learn the uston apc. I just wanted to know if I am making a mistake by doing so. I've read about eight books on blackjack the last being Best Blackjack by Scoblete. He gives a list of the betting and playing correlations for the popular counting systems. The Uston APC is the highest in total percentage points (159%, 90% betting, 69% playing). He goes on to say that his favorite system, the HiLo, has a betting correlation of 97% and a playing correlation of 55% for a total of 152%. Is the extra hassle (3 level count with a side count of aces) worth the extra 7% advantage? What is more important, betting or playing correlation?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
