Computer simulations can be run with any number of players at the table. You are just as likely to get the high cards on a high count with a full table. The disadvantage of having other players is that you will usually be dealt less rounds from that high + count deck before the dealer must shuffle. For example, in a single deck game with 5-7 players you are only going to get 2 rounds per shuffle, giving you just one possible chance to see a high count every other hand. Playing alone, you will see anywhere from 5-8 rounds per deck.
