T-H Expert is like a cross between Canfield and K-O

You'll be using the K-O values for betting, and still keeping the ace side count. The biggest difference is how the ace side count is used. Canfield Expert requires you to quickly make an ace adjustment EVERY HAND before deciding how much to bet or whether to leave the table. T-H Expert requires this adjustment only on the occasional close playing strategy decision.

Also, even though it is a single-level count, the T-H Expert system performs on par with multi-level counts such as Canfield Master. See the entry for Advanced Omega II in the system comparisons.

One last comment: in your local games, if there are a lot of tables open, your table departure strategy will be MUCH more important than the ace side count or even which count system you choose.
