Re: Expected win calculations

"I have been studying blackjack and card counting and wanted to know if there was a formula or software to calculate expected win based on casino rules, play and betting levels."

Both are available learner, but in order to have an understanding of their results I recommend you pick up some of the excellent literature that is available through this website's online catalog.

I'm not sure what your motivation is for calculating these win rates, but if it is for real-world play you need to understand the importance of risk and not just return. Simply put, the game that has a higher win rate will not always be the more desirable game.
