Jokers on Florida Empress boats

Jokers have been confirmed at two Empress boats out of Treasure Island and Clearwater. I sent Stanford Wong a flyer on the promotion just recently.
According to Wong each Joker is worth 0.7%. Two jokers are added to each deck except at the $25 tables. Without the Jokers the casino edge is about 0.4%.
