ST is a difficult skill to master

Shuffle tracking is a logical next step for the accomplished card counter. But it is a step that should be carefully taken. Very few casinos still have trackable shuffles but when you find one it is a joy to play in. Even if I never get the cut card I will often determine whether I play the next shoe at all based on the cut. If a 10 rich slug was cut out of play you can be assured I will not waste my time in this shoe.
Shuffle tracking is one of those methods that is instantly verifiable. If you think you cut a rich segment to the top of the shoe those cards better come out. If they don't you made a mistake somewhere.
Some of the cruise ship casinos still have trackable shuffles and probably some of the Indian reservation casinos as well.
