Beating 8 deck game

I play in 8 deck games almost exclusively. I have been using the Uston advanced point count and table hopping. I jump into a game with a true count of 2 and I jump out again when the count falls below about 1.5. Does anyone have any idea what my advantage is? Second, do these strike numbers sound about right or am I being too aggressive or too concervative?
