Hi-Opt II indices

I have a couple of questions.
1) The .91 BC reported for the Hi-Opt II: does that
include the ace side count?
2) How can playing indices be obtained for the
Hi-Opt II? Does International Gaming still charge
$200? I also realize that SBA can generate indices.
Is this my only option?
