Excellent advice. I needed to see this in writing. I have experimented with several progressions including the 12357. I often find that a 1234 and staying on 4 until I lose then back to 1 works best for me. But it all depends on the table conditions. No credit cards and a session bankroll are imperative-I learned the hardway, but now use this discipline. I still have to fight the urge to get tomorrow's bankroll and return, but I'm getting better.
