computers and/or code

I am an intermediate blackjack player and card counter and am also a computer programmer. I have started to write a program to determine the perfect play based on the cards left in a deck/shoe. If anyone knows of a way to obtain code or algorithims to help me, or even an actual "george" type computer, my email address is dglover@trinity.edu
