My recommendation for new players

Start with K-O. Then when you are comfortable with this system and have had some experience with it in the casino, start practicing keeping a simple ace-deuce count at the same time(2 +1 A -1 or 2 -1 A +1). I am working on a book that will explain in detail how to use this simple secondary count to greatly increase the win rate of K-O>
