No, blackjack is not the "only" game that can be beaten. It is just one of a few in the casino that can be beaten.
You cannot beat games like craps, roulette, and slots because these are fixed percentage games. Occasionally, you can beat them if they change the rules, offer a promotion, or make a mistake. But for the most part blackjack is one of the "few" games in the casino that is technically beatable by skilled played.
Another game that is beatable is, of course, poker. However, in poker you don't compete against the casino, but rather against other players. The casino still takes a cut but if this cut is not too high and the players you play against are not too tough you can make money playing poker.
Bottom line: If you can afford to gamble, become skilled enough and stick to the games that you can beat. Blackjack and poker are two good examples!
You mention that Wong writes books on Craps, Roulette, and Baccarat. I don't think so! You might be confused because Wong did write information about beating "Craps Tournaments", which is NOT the same thing as regular craps. You can possibly get an advantage in tournaments (any game) if you are skilled enough.
