Raising bet size

I've been using a hi/lo count for about three years and was successful when I was betting $5 and $10 units. I have recently switched to $25 units and have been hovering around +/- $1000 for about 50 hours of play. I was wondering if any one else has had a similar problem after raising their minimum bet size and what they did about it. Is there any common playing changes that occur when the bet is increased? Another question I have is I have found a counting system for Over/Under 13 and my local casino offers this game. I understand the odds are pretty good but I am afraid that trying to bounce between two different counting systems even on different days will confuse my brain has anyone tried this successfully or not. thanks for any responses
