BJ's and 20's how often?

How often will a player receive a blackjack ?

I believe it will be approximately every 21 hands but would like to know exactly .

How often will a player receive a 20 ?

Please include all ace nines.

My figures are approximately 9% of the time for 20's.

How close am I?
