penetration is paramount...

if your goal is not penetration but rather: number of decks, minor rule changes, cocktail waitress attire, cheap food...make the green decision...mail in the money...save that jet fuel, limo/bus/taxi gas, water consumption, probably a few other earth friendly gestures.
the foregoing assumes that you're a card counter, not a basic strategy or hunch player. there's nothing bad about them bs or hunch players. there never seems to be enough of them.
