trying to find...

i am trying to find the name of the book that contains the same sim information that Don S has in BJ Attack. in BJ Attack Don did not have the tables in the back for 8 decks. earlier this year i remember reading somewhere that there is a book that someone published with this info. could someone please help me with the name of this book please. thanks in advance.
