Clarke Cant has been barred from BJRnet!

I probably should have barred Clarke Cant last month when he posted several "libelous" items here on BJRnet. I gave Clarke Cant another chance, as I have given several other posters who were eventually barred here. Another reason that I gave Clarke Cant some room was I remembered his name from many years ago and I knew that he had something to do with Arnold Snyder's Blackjack Formula. I gave him some respect!

I am barring Clarke Cant from BJRnet for other reasons this time. One reason is his activity on the other blackjack boards. Another reason is that I cannot believe anything he has written. It is as simple as that!

I don't really need a reason to bar anyone on BJRnet. BJRnet is a private enterprise and I am the sole ruler around here. No democracy and no voting! If Clarke Cant wishes to continue the dialogs he has started he has two options - 1) Post on rec.gambling.blackjack or 2) Create his own web site.

Clarke has said... "Legal matters on posting the 1999 versions of what will eventually become Blackjack Therapy 1999 are now clear. I still cannot produce anything from the 1982 version, or... well you know. I hereby authorize the reposting of my BJF revison (which T-hopper, Jake, Baby Duckling and even ML will no doubt be glad for) provided these changes and the previous errata, (such as having a minus instead of a plus in that second interpolation formula) are added. There will be no taking down of this further, until Blackjack Therapy is ready to ship."

I hope Cant finally does publish Blackjack Therapy and gets credit for "any" new material he comes up with. As far as 1982 and or past events are concerned with he has only himself to blame if he indeed deserved credit for any new material back them. Now is not the time to discuss credit. He should have done it many years ago.

Clarke Cant is not like some of the other posters that I have barred on BJRnet. Cant is no doubt a very intelligent person who knows a lot about the mathematics of blackjack. But the simple fact is that I cannot trust him.

Starting immediatedly, I will remove all posts from Clarke Cant made to any BJRnet board.
