With all due respect (see, I did not capitalize your name), I acknowledge your superior technical skills and expertise at bj, based on your past posts. Through your many years of experience, insider infor, etc., there is no doubt that you contribute a lot of knowledge to this board and others you post on.

However, to expect every poster to be up to your level, and post accordingly, defeats the purpose of this board, IMO. I'm sure that almost everyone comes here to learn, and that includes the beginner and novice more than anyone else. I consider myself as such, even though I have been playing seriously almost daily for 1 1/2 years. I know I have a ton of stuff still to learn. From what I know of Barfarkel, I believe he is in the same position as I am.

The point is, occasionally we novices might post an opinion that is contrary to yours, and that is the nature of this forum. This does not mean we think we are technically superior to you or any other expert. Just an opinion is what it is.

This is my last word on this subject as I do not want to get into a pissing contest with you. I think these kind of exchanges detract from the real purpose of a board like this, which is to exchange ideas and gain knowledge about the game.
