The Silver Fox count is similar to Hi-Lo. It is a balanced level one with true count conversion. You can generate index tables for it using a simulator or email the author of "The Silver Fox Blackjack System". His name is Ralph Stricker at 1- 800-CARDS21.
The card values are 2-7 = +1; 8 = 0; 9, 10, Ace = -1.
BC= .96; PE = .54 IE = .69
The book is sold at this website or at Ralph's site.
Hope this helps,
