You can get the basic strategy for the hole card version of the games/rules you want at www.blackjackinfo.com. I'll try to put a link below.
The just modify the strategy to take into account the no hole card rule. I'm not sure of all the modifications, but I believe you then do not split against ace or ten, except you still split aces against a ten [but not ace]. Also you do not double down against ace nor ten. Maybe some of the other posters can help you with the fine points of those modifications.
