if i had your br i would do the same. i plan on doing the same thing hopefully in the not too distant future. if not for the fact that i had to quit the circuit in '96 to take care of my mom til she passed away last year i would probably still be paying for a living. but it ate my br up taking care of mom for almost 2 yrs. now i am making a living playing small stakes poker in n.c. trying to build my br back up and studying bj and practicing and getting my head right waiting for the day to come again. feel free to email me if you want to correspond. and if you make the move iwould love to stay in touch with you and see how you are doing and possibly learn from your endeavors.
