In hopes of not spaming this board I'll keep it short. Although the lates tech. is available for anyone that wants to buy it, it still cost money. Most grinder joints are not going to put out the green to invest in such tech., CC properties are known for this. For example look at CC state line properties, in the last year they just got surveillance officers, invested a little money into getting color PTZ's and still at best they only maintance their wheel maybe once a year.
Another example whould be the 4Q's. They only pay their surveillance officers $8.50 an hour so how much do you think their going to spend on the latest tech.? (They won't.) Like wise they don't like sending in their wheels for a check up because a check up costs money and they don't want to spend money. The newest wheel they have is the used one sent down from the Riv. about 6 months or so ago. This wheel was maintanced before being shipped. Even then they keep this wheel in the 'area 51' pit, only open during busy parts of the day. The 2 wheels in the main pit god only knows when they were last sent in.
