are you referring to the meters within the slot housing that records coin in, coin out, and total plays ? if so, these are not visible without access to the slot, on most machines. that aside, of what possible use would be knowledge of which machine paid what out, when ?

no different is the search for a wheel bias, with today's technology. the casino's internal printout and display is far more accurate in determining a wheel bias than those decisions shown on a vertical display and gathered one at a time by some punter with a pencil. that same sensor that results in the display, feeds into a computer that analyzes all decisions. these may be displayed as an overhead view of the wheel with a graph superimposed, or a few different charts. therefore, the casino is aware of a bias before you.
