**Actually it is called "Hi-Opt 2". (Level 2 System,
Ace neutral, originally cost $200 when it sold about
20 years ago). The price is now under $50 so why not
just pay some money and buy it?

If you are sharp enough to keep distinct side counts
of Hi-Opt 2 "zero-value" cards, you may use Hi-Opt 2
"Multi-Parameter" strategy tables for 1D or 2D games.
These tables sharpen your play -if you can find a 21
game with deep penetration.
